MEDITATION IN MOTION
Meditation in Motion practice is designed to develop a relationship with the innate intelligence of the body, prana, which is ordinarily lost through reactionary mental tendencies. This is achieved via the techniques of inward focus and meditative awareness of the bodily sensations. This practice results in creating a strong body with a balanced, grounded and steady mind, capable of containing and retaining greater levels of prana. This deeper practice will result in fine-tuning your relationship with prana – to be able to listen to its impulses and guidance, both in the body and in life developing greater intuition and trust in life.
This 90-minute class incorporates guided meditation or psychic sleep called Yoga Nidra, pranayama and Asana done with inward focus and meditative awareness, merging the practices of Hatha and Raja Yoga (Meditation).
With the regular practice, this approach will help you release unresolved issues in your physical and emotional bodies, clear your mind and open your heart for a whole new level of trust in life.
