Leigh started moving early in life, earning a black belt in Martial arts. She brings that knowledge of movement and a steady meditative presence to each class.
A graduate of both the 500 hour Maxwell House yoga program and the 200 hour NHY teacher training, Leigh is a dedicated student of yoga and brings a variety of practices and knowledge to her classes.
In her gentle yoga class you will be moving in synchronization with the breathe, getting a solid foundational practice of the basic yogic asanas and performing yogic breathing practices which rejuvenate the body.
Leigh continues her study with contact improv dance and advanced yogic training.
