As a Buddhist monk In Burma for 7 years, Greg experienced firsthand the power of mindfulness to reduce stress and increase well-being. He is passionate about it and has devoted his professional life to helping people like you learn what he learned in the monasteries. During this weekend retreat you’ll dive deep into your meditation practice, using your embodied experience as the foundation to learn to lead meditation for others.  Develop your power of presence so that when you are speaking, listening, and teaching, you are at your best. Surround yourself with nature in a simple, secluded setting and catch the momentum of our dedicated community. This monastic experience will be unlike anything at home or work.

By completing the program, participants will:

  • Develop heightened emotional intelligence, fearless leadership, sharpened focus, peak performance and ultimate resilience.
  •  Develop an optimum leadership style that is calm, focused and responsive.
  • Feel confident in guiding others in mindfulness practice.

15 Elective hours eligible for the Nourishing Heart Yoga 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training program.
