Emberlight: A Mind-Body Skills Group for Cultivating Wellbeing in the Winter Months

Over time, chronic stress can erode our physical and mental health, cognitive function, and vital relationships. In this mind-body skills group, a small group of participants will come together to explore how to access the body’s innate capacity for balance, peace and healing amidst life’s pressures.

Scheduled for Wednesdays in the Nest
6 – 7:30pm
December 3 and 17
January 7 and 21
February 4 and 18

EARLYBIRD $300 by 11/28/25 or $420 regular

With the guidance of a seasoned, certified facilitator, participants will practice powerful techniques for regulating their autonomic nervous systems.

By listening to brief, facilitator-developed podcasts before each session and engaging in experiential learning during each session, participants will learn about and practice soft-belly breathing, guided imagery, self directed relaxation, art for surface wisdom, journaling for insight, shaking and dancing, and more.

Mind-body skills groups gather together to give their members space to be heard, to practice listening with compassion, and to witness each other’s growth. The facilitator and participants do not give advice, suggestions, or other interventions intended to “fix” each others’ concerns. Rather, the group holds space for each member to learn and grow as a unique, empowered, internally guided individual over the course of the six weeks.
