Welcome the new year with movement that feels deeply nourishing from the inside out. In this special class, we’ll blend mindful vinyasa with Yoga Tune Up® therapy ball work to awaken circulation, release muscular tension, and refresh the whole body.

Together, we’ll unwind the residue of the past year and create space for steadiness, vitality, and ease. Expect intuitive flow, playful self-massage, and sweet grounding; a full-body reset to step into 2026 with clarity and openness.

FREE Yoga Bingo Kick Off 30 Minute Community Gathering

Let’s launch the funnest month of the year together! Join us for a joyful, light-hearted kickoff to Yoga Bingo, our annual month-long community challenge that brings play, connection, and steady practice together in the sweetest way. Now in its 4th year, Yoga Bingo has become one of the most beloved traditions at Nourishing Heart Yoga and for good reason. It’s uplifting. It’s motivating. And it brings our community together in the most genuine, spirited way.

Matece will walk you through how to play our beloved month-long challenge, hand out this year’s Bingo cards, and share simple tips for getting the most out of the game. After a quick overview of the rules and prizes, we’ll settle in together to decorate and personalize our cards—a playful, creative moment that sets the tone for a joyful, connected January. Whether you’re new or returning, this little kickoff circle is the perfect way to plug into the collective energy, meet fellow players, and start your Bingo journey with inspiration and community warmth.

This Embodied Dance circle will be an opportunity to shake off last year and create space for magic in the new year. We will move our bodies to inspiring music and let our voices sing to create the space for our bodies to feel present and free. Join the fun, connection and heart centered intention of dancing together.

Imagine the year ahead with spaciousness and hope, planting seeds of personal and collective well-being through reflective writing, guided, and silent meditation. Instead of pressure-driven resolutions, we’ll cultivate aspirations that arise from our own deep knowing of what truly matters and connect with the qualities we want to nurture—both within ourselves and in the world we hope to help create.

Gentle to Restorative: Soft Landings for the New Year

Settle into the softest possible beginning for 2026. Laurel will guide you through a calming sequence that starts with gentle movement to open the body, then gradually melts into restorative postures designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep presence.

This spacious practice is an invitation to arrive and to let the noise of the world fall away and feel held by breath, community, and quiet. A perfect closing to our New Year’s celebration, offering you a deeply restful foundation for the year ahead.
