Join us for a deeply nourishing two-hour workshop designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore inner balance.

Through gentle, supported restorative yoga postures and the soothing vibrations of sound healing—featuring instruments like crystal & Himalayan bowls, chimes, and small percussion—you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
This immersive experience is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional reset, or simply a moment of quiet healing.
Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open, and recharged.
More information: This heart-connected session will include restorative yoga, led by Nourishing Heart Yoga instructor Jes Conger, and a multi-instrument sound journey, led by sound bath practitioner Jill Courtney.
Bring your yoga mat, some water, and wear clothes that will allow you to move and relax comfortably. Bolsters and blankets are provided for your comfort.
