Restorative Yoga &

Healing Sound Immersion

Matece Skow & Janiece Jaffe

Sunday, October 9 2:30 – 4:00pm

Friday, November 18 6:30 – 8:00pm

Friday, December 9th 6:30 – 8:00pm

Enjoy restorative yoga poses while the tranquil vibrations of crystal bowls provide a peaceful air. Therapeutic yoga, healing sound immersion and essential oils are powerful catalysts for soothing the nervous system, allowing the gift of deep healing.

Matece and Janiece Jaffe will be collaborating to create an afternoon of serenity, peaceful healing and deep rest.
Matece will guide therapeutic restorative poses while Janiece’s voice and crystal bowls become healing instruments which channel the frequencies and tones of Truth, Consciousness, and Bliss.
Janiece uses her intuitive vocal toning for the collective group as well as for each individual. As Matece applies hands on healing to each student, Janeice intuitively tones for that individual as well; she sings a song just for you. As such, no two of these events is ever the same as the facilitators respond in the moment to what is present.

Matece and Janiece collaborate to make each of these events unique and profound. You can expect inspiring poetry, spiritual introspection, hands on healing, and the space and time to truly relax.

Historically, this has been a popular event and space is limited to 15 participants.  Please pre-register to reserve your spot.

What do I bring?

We will provide the yoga props necessary for the class including: bolsters, blanket, blocks, sandbag, strap and eye pillow.  Please bring your yoga mat.  You are most welcome to bring bolsters from home if that is your preference.

You may also bring a water bottle and socks or layered clothing as the body temperature drops during relaxation.

There is free street parking available in the front and to the sides of the building.  Additionally, there is street parking behind the building on Southern Drive.
