Spring Equinox Stillness

Restorative yoga, massage, yoga nidra,

and sacred circle with JesiJoy

The Spring Equinox marks the beginning of the year in many traditions, including astrology. This day signifies equanimity and balance with 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark. The Spring Equinox represents new beginnings, new life, fertility, rebirth, and growth. All around us we see life waking back up to the light. It is a time to plant seeds, literally and figuratively. There is a renewal in our energy and our visions for the year become clearer. The Spring Equinox is a time to gather with the good energy we are all given as the light grows stronger. Come pause and rest in the goodness and growth we are witnessing.

What to expect:

Restorative yoga poses that cultivate balance between both sides of the body. Gentle kneading and grounding compressions while in the poses. A yoga nidra that connects us to the Earth. Reflections on what we are rebirthing and growing in our lives. Sharing what we envision for our path this season.
