This beginner to intermediate class blends thoughtful alignment, breath awareness, gentle flow, and longer-held postures to support both strength and ease in the body. Woven throughout the practice are soft invitations toward self-love, self-acceptance, and a deeper appreciation for all that you are.
Guided by Susan Rae, whose presence is both grounding and heartfelt, this offering becomes something more than a clas; it’s a space to reconnect. Through themes of the chakras, the five elements, and our connection to both Earth and the Heavens, you’ll be gently supported in experiencing yourself not just as a body, but as energy…alive, aware, and whole.
There is time here to slow down,
to listen inward, and to
remember the quiet sweetness of being.
Simply showing up is an act of self-love.
